Based on these opportunities, I would like to continue in my role as a director. I will be able to continue advocating for the children in my care and to help teachers better themselves. Eventually, I would like to work at the corporate level of a school where I can mentor new directors and teachers in their roles. I am thriving in my career currently and I know that I can be better and continue to make a difference.
